[Foodtrip] Terriyaki Boy

I was a bit hesitant to dine at Japanese restaurants since I am not a fan of Japanese food and got  only a few Japanese dishes I am familiar with at Terriyaki boy. It was when we were invited to a food tasting event last February that I got to taste new dishes from this resto. We tried their Sushi feast together with some new meals on the menu.  I am not much of a Japanese food fan, but the food served to us were really good.  Here are what we had during the event:

Tempura Tuna Sashimi Tartare (MUST TRY!) – this is one of my favorites during the food tasting, raw tuna with tempura breading & a hint of spiciness from the chili oil.. I love how the fresh tuna blends in with the chili oil in this simple yet delicious appetizer.

It has also been known for the good food especially what we call Sinugba (char-grilled meats & seafood). One of my favorite dishes among the Filipino food is the BBQ chicken, been doing food trip to find the best tasting BBQ chicken in town. [Beauty] Godiva Skin launch

Godiva Skin Care has launched its new line of skincare last Feb1-3 at SM Annex. It was a day of pampering for the ladies who had joined the event. They had the skin analysis, hand massage, beauty make-over and the photobooth for the ladies to experience a day of fun and pampering. Way back when the popular beauty creams aren’t made available in the Philippine market, mom & I tried Godiva beauty cream. It was a nightly ritual to put creams on before going to bed.

After a few years, Godiva Skin Care has made a comeback, with their popular main ingredient the Licorice which helps whiten skin that lasts. Licorice is a plant found on the Mediterranean region. The licorice roots are used as flavorings, it also has its medicinal properties which are mixed with the beauty creams.

Godiva’s beauty journey was held at SM Annex, it was consisted of 4 booths to try out. Namely the skin analysis booth, hand massage, beauty makeover and the photobooth. I had go through the 4 booths before the event has started. I must say, it was a beauty journey that we girls would love.
